DISCLAIMER, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
If you are unable to attend your scheduled tour with us please give 24 hours advance notice to ensure that you will not be charged for your tour. If less than 24 hours notice is given you will be billed for 100% of your tour cost. If reservations are cancelled prior 24 hours, we will fully refund any charges incurred.
In the cases where the weather doesn’t permit a safe and enjoyable tour due, we provide you the option to reschedule your tours or ask for refund.
We also advise all travelers to practice health safety and not join our tours in the cases they feel sick or test positive for COVID-19 virus. We advise that all travelers follow the governmental guidelines. In the case a person is ill with COVID-19 virus and can present a proof via electronic communication, we’ll provide full refund.
We’ll provide you a refund or the option to reschedule in any case we can’t honor your tour whether that’s due to natural disaster or other unforeseen circumstances.
