FAQ
Q1 - Do I need experience or be physically fit to go parasailing?
No prior experience is necessary. Just come, have fun and experience the exciting adventure. However, this activity is not recommended for Pregnant women or people with back pain or heart conditions.
Q2 - Is there an age requirements?
NO. All participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign their liability waiver prior to boarding the vessel. Participants under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to parasail. The minimum weight required to parasail is roughly 110 pounds. If the flyer is less than 110 pounds, they will simply fly tandem with another parasailer, with their combined weight not to exceed roughly 425 pounds.
Q3 - Do I need to know swimming?
No. All takeoffs and landings are done from the back of the boat, so if you don’t want to get wet you won’t have to! Notwithstanding, all participants are required to wear lifejackets while parasailing, as safety is our number one priority.
Q4 - Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, you can cancel your reservation up-to 24-hours in advance for full refund.
Q5 - What if weather is bad at the time of my reservation?
In the unlikely event of bad weather condition, our staff will make every effort to accommodate you during your vacation.
Q6 - What should I bring?
You should plan on getting at least a little wet, even if you don’t want a dip—sometimes passing boats cause some light sprays of water. So wear a bathing suit, and bring a towel. You should plan on being away from the shore for about an hour, so sun block is a good idea.
Q7 - What payment types are accepted?
We accept cash and all major credit cards as form of a payment.
Q8 - Can people go on the boat and watch?
Yes. The cost for non-flying observers is $20. Parasailing is a family activity and we want everyone to enjoy it. Besides 95% of all our observers become flyers once they see it in action. We will only allow 2 observers per flyer.
Q9 - How long will I be in the air?
No prior experience is necessary. Just come, have fun and experience the exciting adventure.
Q10 - How many can fly at the same time?
You can sit side by side double or triple. Restrictions apply depending on the parasailers’ weight, the weather, wind and sea, as these are all factors that are considered for safe flying.
Q11 - Is there a price difference if multiple people fly together?
The prices are all per person. Whether you fly with someone, or alone, the prices remain the same per person.
Q12 - Do I have to get wet?
No. The choice is yours to take a short dip in the water. Should you choose to get wet (highly recommended!) the captain will bring you in for a graceful dip (usually about knee deep).
Q13 - Is there a weight limit for parasailing?
Yes, the weight limit for all parties going up in tandem is 425 lbs total.
